Through hard work and a commitment to providing first-class products and services to our customers, we’ve grown from a home-based operation to our current corporate offices in Chesapeake, Virginia and satellite facilities in Camp Lejeune and Cherry Point, North Carolina.

Blackwater Electric deepens its roots in Chesapeake by constructing a new corporate office in the Oakbrooke Business & Technology Park.

Blackwater Electric achieves a new level of job size and responsibility with the completion of work for the NOAA site, which is integral for meteorological satellite data throughout the US.

ADDING TELECOMMUNICATIONS, DATA & SECURITY

Blackwater Electric expands its offerings for government and commercial clients to include telecommunications, data and security.

Blackwater Electric earns licensing in North Carolina and opens a new location to serve the Cherry Point-Southeast region. Additionally, the Company is awarded the light rail’s maintenance contract by Hampton Roads Transit.
