We have the experience and team to handle the unique requirements of your project. We are not only committed to your needs, but to the needs of our community as well.

LEED PROJECTS AND “GREEN” BUILDING MEANS:

  • Efficient use of resources to reduce energy waste, increase savings and comfort
  • Reusing and recycling as much material as possible during all phases of construction.
  • Use of energy-efficient technologies such as lamps, ballasts, light-level sensors, and occupancy sensors
“ Blackwater Electric Company was the electrical subcontractor for the life of the Addition to Building NH-95 project; substantial completion was in 2009. Due to the complexity of the electrical and communications systems in this facility, this project required an electrical contractor who was a TEAM player possessing excellent communications skills and a highly motivated and technically skilled talent pool. Your firm was the logical choice on all accounts. For the duration, both S.B. Ballard Construction and the Department of the Navy were very pleased with the professionalism, work ethic, management and overall construction quality delivered by your firm on this project. ” – Tim Patterson, Building Systems Engineer, S.B. Ballard Construction Company
